Feeder Bowl Controllers

FC-40+ Vibratory
Feeder Bowl Controller

The FC-40 Plus Feeder Cube is a single controller, housed in a Nema-1 general purpose enclosure. Input voltage is 120VAC, 50/60 Hz. Fused for 15 amps.

FC-90+ Vibratory
Feeder Bowl Controller

The FC-90 Plus Series Controls are used to operate vibratory bowls with part sensing, and storage hoppers fitted with electronic bowl level detectors. The 12VDC power supply and sensor time delays are provided by the control. The demand cycling of the bowl or hopper is controlled by the sensor’s output signal processed through the time delay settings inside the FC-90.

FC-112+ Vibratory
Feeder Bowl Controller

The FC-112 Plus Feeder Cube is a triple controller with two 90 Plus Series parts sensing units and one 40 Plus Series unit in a Nema-1 general purpose enclosure. Input voltage is 120VAC, 50/60 Hz. Unit A is fused for 10 amps, Unit B for 15 amps and Unit C for 5 amps.

Feeder Bowl Controller

The FC-200 Feeder Cube is a single digital control based on the 90 Plus Series. It is housed in a Nema 1 general purpose enclosure. Input voltage is 120VAC, 50/60 Hz. Output is fused for 15 amps.

VF-3 Vibratory
Feeder Bowl Controller

 The VF-3 AUTO TUNE® Feeder Cube is a single variable frequency controller in a Nema-1 general purpose enclosure with the vibration sensor installed. UL listed (File E183233). Input voltage is 85-264 VAC, 50/60 Hz and fused for 5 amps. Output voltage is 0-120/240 VAC. Output frequency is 5-300 Hz. Rated output current is 3 amps at 120VAC or 2 amps at 240VAC.

 The FC-200-2 Feeder Cube is a dual digital controller with two part sensing units, housed in a Nema-1 general purpose enclosure. Input voltage is 120VAC, 50/60 Hz. Unit A is fused for 10 amps; Unit B is fused for 5 amps.

 The VF-9 AUTO TUNE® Feeder Cube is a single variable frequency controller in a Nema-1 general purpose enclosure with the vibration sensor installed. UL listed (File E183233). Input voltage is 85-264 VAC, 50/60 Hz and fused for 5 amps. Output voltage is 0-120/240 VAC. Output frequency is 5-300 Hz. Rated output current is 9 amps at 120VAC or 7 amps at 240VAC.
